What counts as a review invite?

A review invite is a request sent to a customer to share feedback. Starter includes up to 500 per month, Momentum up to 1,200, Scale up to 2,500 and Premier up to 8,000.

How do average monthly orders affect pricing?

The listed prices are starting prices. At 10,000 monthly orders or more, you can request a consultation. Our team will confirm the price and invitation capacity for your requirements.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing saves 25% compared with paying monthly. Annual plan prices are shown as a monthly equivalent, with the full yearly total billed annually.

What happens if my order volume changes?

Contact our team to review your volume and agree on the right plan. Moving the slider only requests pricing guidance; it does not change a subscription or charge you.

Can I use the videos outside TravelSnap?

Yes. Approved customer videos can be used across your website and social channels, subject to the consent and release terms you configure for collection.
